Your data will be uploaded to the Poctech Cloud platform for access by you and healthcare professionals you authorize.

Anyone who knows your email address and device SN can access your glucose data on the Poctech Cloud website by entering this combination. Once saved, we will consider that you have acknowledged and authorized this access.

4. Recipients

Data storage service providers
You and healthcare professionals authorized by you to access data via the Poctech Cloud platform

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, withdraw your consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You may withdraw authorization for the linked email address to view your glucose data at any time by turning off the switch in the app.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

Please submit your request to privacy@yuwell-poctech.com. We will respond within one month.
